"Worst agent I've ever had hands down. Was over charged by his office when he was out of the office. For 3 weeks he kept promising to resolve it and call me back thru his staff.. spoke with him ONCE he said "lemme make a call and i will call you back within 15 min". The next week after still not hearing from him i went to a different agency. Avoid at all costs he has zero integrity. Edit, of course im not "insured with your office" why would i stay to be treated so poorly, cant you read either? It clearly states i went elsewhere after being lied to repeatedly and over charged by your office . No i won't email you, i have seen where you pulled this same act with people on facebook. You earned this review, own it. Next time learn to do your job and respond when you say you will.. next you will pretend your staff didnt over charge me from the quote and you didnt fail to follow up..."
